PHD Property was formed in 2016 by Graham Peat and Adam Heath who have over 40 years combined experience in commercial property, the last 30 of which have been largely focussed on the stressed/distressed sector.  Our expertise has been developed with an in depth understanding of the wider business context in which we operate.
